Refund policy

At Shopnister Ventures, we value customer satisfaction and aim to make returns simple and transparent. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 7 days of delivery under the following conditions:

  • Items must retain the original label.

  • Original packaging must be preserved and sealed closed.

  • Wrong Item Received – If you receive an item different from what you ordered.

  • Customer Request Return – Any return initiated by the client for personal reasons, where the item received is not damaged, defective, or incorrect.


Refunds & Exchanges

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.

  • Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method or exchanged for another item, depending on your preference.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.


How to Initiate a Return

  2. Pack the item securely, ensuring all accessories and labels are intact.

  3. Ship the item back to the address provided by our team.
